Crop Straw Dryer Introduction

Crop Stalk Drying Machine Application
Our crop straw dryer is widely used for drying agricultural cellulose materials such as corn straw, soybean straw, cotton stalk, wheat straw, sorghum straw, mulberry leaf, etc. It can also be used for spent grain, forage, apple residue, soybean residue, compound fertilizer and other materials.
How does the Crop Straw Dryer Work?
The wet straw is first crushed by the hammer mill and then fed into the feeder. Both the straw and hot air enter from the head of the dryer, run backward in the same direction, and discharge from the tail, which is called the downstream drying process. In the cylinder, the material is fully contacted and mixed with hot air to exchange moisture and heat. The high-temperature air transfers heat to the wet material, so that the temperature of the wet material rises. The wet material is heated, and the moisture contained is evaporated and discharged into the hot air, so as to realize the drying of the wet material.
